Leonard Feinstein embarked on his path to success at Florida Atlantic University, where he graduated in 1984 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing Management. Armed with a strong foundation in business, he was ready to take on the challenges of the real estate and the business world.

Since 1984, Leonard Feinstein has been a driving force in the world of real estate. Over the years, he has bought, managed, and sold an impressive portfolio of commercial and residential properties, totaling over Eighty Million Dollars in transactions. Among his notable achievements are the acquisition and management of (5) apartment communities comprising over 1000 keys, as well as several Manufactured Housing Communities, boasting over 200 pads. Leonard’s expertise in real estate has made him a recognized figure in the industry.

Leonard Feinstein’s entrepreneurial journey extends beyond real estate. He founded Emmaculate Reflections, a Commercial Janitorial and Facility Maintenance company, which soared to great heights under his leadership. In a significant milestone, Emmaculate Reflections was acquired by the Sixteen Billion Dollar Private Equity group, GI Partners, in March of 2018. The company’s yearly revenue soared to almost 40 million dollars and an EBITDA margin over 10%, a testament to Leonard’s business acumen.

Leonard Feinstein’s commitment to making a positive impact goes beyond the business world. He actively supports funding for Gynecological Cancer research at the University of Miami Sylvester. Through his philanthropic endeavors, Leonard seeks to contribute to advancements in medical science and provide hope to those affected by cancer.
